有漢で廃れていた水車小屋を再生し、小水力発電を制作。

小水力発電についての記事が現代農業 季刊地域 No. 38に掲載される。また、山陽新聞にも水車小屋再生について取り上げられる。

Micro Hydropower Generation Project

We revived an abandoned watermill in Ukan and created a micro hydropower generation system.

An article about the micro hydropower generation project will be published in Modern Agriculture Quarterly Regional No. 38. Additionally, the revival of the watermill will be featured in the Sanyo Shimbun.

山里フェスタ

有漢の山の幸を味わい尽くす「うかん山里フェスタ」を2018年度からスタート。年に二回、春と秋に開催し、山菜取りや、昆虫食、釣り、お茶づくり、竹炭づくりなど山の営みを体験する。

Mountain Village Festival

The Ukan Mountain Village Festival ("Ukan Yamazato Festa") began in 2018, offering a chance to fully enjoy the bounties of Ukan's mountains.

Held twice a year, in spring and autumn, the festival provides opportunities to experience traditional mountain activities such as foraging for wild plants, trying insect-based cuisine, fishing, tea-making, and bamboo charcoal production.
